Errant phone calls during the search for Yazoo County fugitive

When the phone rang, I glanced at the caller ID and saw that it was from the Yazoo County, Mississippi sheriff’s office. I assumed it was Terry Gann, with whom I had recently spoken about Glen Bassett, the Yazoo County inmate who is currently on the run.
